This collection of works came into being in a situation where I am in a difficult physical condition. These conditions, with their limitations, made me use the materials around me to create my works to overcome them. Paper towels with which I cleaned my watercolor brushes, cardboard, and wood gluethe only supplies were around me.Thin layers of paper napkins replaced watercolor paints, and the actionof pasting and designing their clear, watercolor colors used my mind and hand to create these works. This collection is a kind of recording, recording events, recording combinations that reveal themselves based on the shape and colors in their materials, and on the one hand, recording the moments I spend in quarantine waiting for my physical health. By putting together these pure, vibrant, and sometimes mature colors, I try to encourage my soul to be patient and hopeful.
