Join us for the Opening Cocktail Reception to celebrate Women History Month in Miami with OUT OF THE MINES, an exhibition that will showcase the extraordinary artistry of young Congolese women, featuring their magnificent garments, hair ornaments, crafts, art, music and dance.

A short documentary will be shown, chronicling some of the remarkable accomplishments of HEAR CONGO, an organisation that has enabled young women of the mines to learn skills that have improved their health, literacy and economic future. The exhibition will display stunning color photographs taken by internationally renowned Barry Harley during a three-week trip to Congo.
