I was born in Athens in the 70’s. 

My childhood memories are of me playing the piano and drawing. 

Graduating from high school I was accepted at the School of Architecture NTUA-Metsovio Polytechneio.  I chose the painting class of Sotiris Sorogas. 

At the same time I studied singing and dancing. Four months prior to my graduation I traveled to Valencia with the Erasmus program and studied there at the local school of Architecture. My thesis paper, with professor Tasos Biris, concerned the subject of “Design for children’s creative entertainment space”.

I began my career as an architect working next to the prominent architects as Giorgos Manetas and Giorgos Gavalas. My desire, though, for physical expression and my fondness of prose, lead me to the “Drama lab of Akis Davis”. I studied there for four years and was introduced to the world of theater and also expanded my knowledge in scenography. I worked in the technical department of the Athens Festival for two consecutive seasons. I developed my dexterity as a performer attending workshops, with acknowledged teachers like Joe Tornabene, Vasilis Papavasileiou, Francois Lecoq, Jozef Frucek,  Sotigui Kouyate etc.

 I then started to work as a performer with Dance Company Prosxima, Editta Braun Company,  and as an actress with directors as Cezaris Grauzinis, Lilly Meleme, Dimitris Tarloou etc.  During my fifteen years as an actress I have performed at Poreia Theater, Theatro Texnis Karolos Koun,  Epi Kolono Theater, Tzeni Karezi  Theater, etc. I also had the leading roles in 2 productions of the National theatre of Greece and collaborated with Municipal Theaters of Patra and Kavala.  I performed the monologue “De Sade, to Justine” written and directed by  Cezaris Graužinis based on Marquis De Sade texts. And I was also his assistant in the production of “Oedipus Rex” for the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus. I have given acting classes to opera singers, I have directed  musical performances and also participated aw an actress in productions of the National Greek Opera. 

I have arranged and presented the radio show «RADIO-BOOK» on beton7artradio.gr and I work occasionally as a dj. 

My love for colors and brushes never abandoned me. 

These last two years I enjoy painting pebbles and turning them into rings for my “Maro’s” creations. 

I have an eight year old son and I work regularly as an actress.
