Stavroula Kaziale is a Visual Artist and Αrt Jewelry Designer based in Greece. She is a graduate of the Athens School of Fine Arts and Graphics & Art Studies  (TEI of Athens), and has worked initially in advertising, mainly responsible  for creative departments. She later began to explore the field of art and became involvement in jewelry design, supporting the belief that Art can and should be incorporated in real life. Presenting the guidelines of her own work she states: “Jewelry is for me a basic expression of art. I see jewels as wearable sculptures, a means to explore relationships with our self, our society, our history, our culture.  I draw inspiration from my surrounding environment; nature which is an inexhaustible source for my projects as well as the past, the valuable past of my country. Simple forms, both biomorphic and primitive, are usually the cause of the birth of a new jewel. Οne fragment of marble, a pebble that is embraced by the blue of the sea becomes the reason of a new creation. From concept to realization I make a trip through the search, the techniques, the cooperation of mind with hands, and finally I create a unique handmade jewel made for unique individuals.”

Stavroula Kaziale has had solo exhibitions and has participated in many group exhibitions in Greece and abroad. Some of her artworks belong to the ACG Art Collection, to the Ilias Lalaounis Jewelry Museum, to the ASFA Collection, as well as several other private collections.
